I've been the last few months, devastated by a freak accident and was physically harmed and did not notice that my insurance went up over $400 in the past 3 months until yesterday, so our phone call was very welcome, she was very attentive. Very intuned to what I was saying and so with her listening skills, she was able not only to help me with the house insurance also with the car insurance, the 2 together saved me a lot of money. "Josh was very helpful, just called for a quote on a vehicle replacing my existing one but offered home insurance as well that got me a discount on my car insurance as well as lowered my home insurance premium, assisted with canceling my current home insurance too, have had car insurance with them for awhile now and have had family use them in the past, great to deal with no holds on the phone like some other providers these days."

"I’m only giving one star because I can’t give zero. I set up my car insurance with them and the first payment came out wrong. I spoke with someone and let them know and was told that it was because of the difference in price when I transferred my insurance from another state. A while later I noticed that my automatic payments were not coming out. I questioned this and was later told (only when I reached out to question) that my policy had been cancelled (without my knowledge)!!! By the way it’s illegal in NC to cancel a policy without proper notification! I then had to pay a $50 fine to the state on each of my two cars when I signed up for insurance elsewhere because of my lapse in coverage! I highly recommend getting insurance elsewhere."

"I called for a quote on Auto and H/O..they had my Auto beat with my current company, just not the H/O. I have to say that Maddie was awesome, asked me questions and got right down to my quote, she followed up the next day. If they ever become competitive in the H/O dept I will switch and use Maddie.

"Had the worst experience with them. I have already made my payment in full but they keep texting me with balance due when i asked them they said their underwriter messed up and I need to pay 118 dollars which will be credited or refund if the underwriter fix everything or they will cancel my insurance. They said my insurance cant be renew and will be cancel if i dont pay. I told them I paid in Full, the lady goes yeah but some how our under writer messed up and when they are able to fix their error we will refund you the money. it was error on their end and I was being impacted by it. she was not helpful, keep on repeating herself like I didn't understand her the first. I asked to speak to Adam and she said he is not in office today but he will tell you the same thing. VERY VERY Disappointed .. I was gonna give them zero star but it wont let me post."
