"The worst, the only reason why I gave him a star is because you have to give a star to give a review; if I had the option I would just give no star at all, because you can never get in contact with him. If you have important problems or a situations you can never get in contact or a call back just the worst gonna start looking for a different auto insurance. Nothing like Jake from State Farm."

"The repeatedly attempts of trying to get someone on the phone to no avail then getting the “you’re calling outside of normal business hours” at 2PM is peak irritation. And this has happened on multiple instances, so it’s not a “maybe you were calling on a bad day kind of thing”. It delays anything important you required info or an answer on soon cuz now you have to resort to emails and whenever they choose to respond to those."

"Worst agent to deal with with State Farm. Never answer the phones. Never follow up with customers. No communication what so ever with this office all in all the worst agent I have ever had I have State Farm since 2015 and never had issues with previous agents till I went with this one."

"I always had a hard time getting someone from this agency to follow up with me for changes and inquiries, (adding a policy, changing an address, etc.) which caused several delays and became frustrating. I started shopping around and was able to find better service from a vendor who beat the prices I had with Adam Lemmert. I switched in January; the Lemmert agency has yet to cancel my policy with them after a call and several emails."
